She starts the video with her legs folded, during that you notice part of her sock is off of her heel and she pulls a foot down briefly and you notice her bare heel showing. She puts in back up again and pulls her sock back up. Around the 14 minute mark, she pulls her foot down and where the majority of the action begins.
She often swings her foot forward and balances her sneakers with her foot. It creates a nice visual where you see her socked sole as she leans her foot on the wooden tile of the table balancing each sneaker.
She also puts both feet down a bit stretching her feet as far as she could, giving a nice visual as you can even see the cotton on her socks. Later on, you see her toe her sneakers back on using her feet.
